We want you to be completely satisfied with the candidate you choose. That’s why we offer a warranty on all full-time professional placements. So if it’s not the right fit, and you’re not satisfied, we’ll help you find a more suitable candidate—for free.
Try-before-you-buy
We can also place an IT professional in your organization for a pre-determined period before you convert them to full-time status. There’s no fee if you hire the employee after six months. And if you hire prior to the six-month date, we’ll simply pro-rate the placement fee against already-earned profit.
